SAG or NOT TO SAG

Every woman should know their bust size accurately. It is best to invest on good quality undergarments especially when you're into sports and fitness. Heavy physical activity without using the right type of bra can cause discomfort for the breasts also additional support is needed. 

As we age our breasts change, so the bra your using in your 20's may not be as efficient when you're in your 30's or 40's.
