Gah! It's been a month since my last post, I've been busy and lazy lately with all of the events and scorching summer heat!
So let me tickle your taste buds on our first take on what they claim to be 100% Authentic Turkish Cuisine. As usual, I grabbed a deal from Metrodeal offering P95 for 1 Pita Doner (choice of Beef or Chicken) plus 1 House blend iced tea from Bricks & Copper.
Pita Doner is the perfect description of what shawarma should be! We loved the texture and flavorful sauce, the garlic sauce was beyond comparable with other shawarma sauces.
The restaurant has a friendly vibe, we were greeted by their staff promptly. You'll also see the owner and Chef Mr. Ibrahim who is very hands-on, another fun fact is that he's married to a Filipina :D
To cap off our meal, Kuya Guard (forgot to ask for his name) bid us goodbye with a warm smile, he was also kind enough to ask Chef Ibrahim to take a picture with us.
